Cooperation with AIST Tsukuba, Japan

Within the infrastructure, there is a long-term cooperation with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan. The subject of cooperation is, in particular, the preparation, chemical modification and characterization of diamond layers for new electronic elements in the field of sensors and energy conversion. At the same time, there are also common experiments devoted to the growth, composition and electrical conductivity of large-scale graphene layers.
