Results on Si nanowires based solar cells presented at JVC19/ICNT2013 conference in Paris

Microscopic measurements of solar cells with radial junctions based silicon nanowires was the subject of ESD/ASS-1-Or-6 contribution to the joint conference 19th International Vacuum Congress and International Conference on Nanoscience and Technology 2013 held in Paris (http://www.ivc19.com). The lecture delivered by A. Fejfar has summarized the results of cooperation of the Institute of Physics with Laboratoire de Physique des Interfaces et des Couches Minces, CNRS/École Polytechnique, Palaiseau, France (www.lpicm.polytechnique.fr/),  which have recently been published in Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells (http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.solmat.2013.07.042).
