Researchers' Night 2025 at FZU attracted a record number of visitors

On the last Friday in September, Researchers' Night attracted more than 1,400 physics enthusiasts of all ages to the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The FUN ZONE was the busiest, where children could see a levitating train that defies gravity, develop their creativity by building with Lego bricks in LEGO Build the Change, try out the principle of an atomic force microscope by building with Lego bricks while wearing gloves, make their own kaleidoscope or bracelet from scintillation beads, or use diffraction glasses to see the decomposition of light into its individual components.
